A SHORT STORY.
Our first project was to function as a building manager for the adaptive reuse of a residential house in Houston. During the following years, RDA Construction bought and renovated more than thirty single-family homes. We have perfected the techniques of constructing scattered sites and buying materials. While scaling up the single-family home renovation business, we slowly bought and gut renovated over thirty-five residential and commercial buildings, Developers took notice and started to contact the RDA Construction to renovate their properties. In 2013, we began supplying general contract services for friends and close colleagues. Our experience as real estate developers and general contractors in managing high volume material procurement and scattered site renovations while keeping costs down turned out to be valuable a valuable skill set. RDA Construction has found a way to place an institutional "envelope" around skilled workers who work from one job to the next.
